Why YOU Should do a Whole30

I'm sure by now you've heard of Whole30 and if you haven't, that's perfectly fine too. The Whole30 is a reset. For 30 days you don't eat foods that are scientifically linked to problems with your metabolism, digestion, immune system and mental relationship with food. Then after the 30 days you will systematically reintroduce the foods back in and see how they make you feel.

Now, you may be thinking that you don't have any issues with digestion or your immune system. Well, would you like to sleep better, decrease any aches and pains, have more energy? You don't have to be "sick" or have a disease to benefit from the Whole30. Everyone can benefit from the Whole30.

When I started in on my first Whole30 back in 2014 I was 28, average weight, had no medical conditions and I still saw amazing results after the 30 days were over! I had more energy, my digestion improved, bloating decreased and my relationship with food improved dramatically. I learned so much about what foods I should be nourishing my body with and I've continued to learn more and more every day since then.

If you're still not convinced, take a look at this list of "Non-Scale Victories" that have been observed by those who have completed a Whole30. The victories are simply endless! If you're still not sure it's for you, and need more convincing, let me know. I'd love to chat with you about where you're at and your goals for the future. If you're all in and ready to start your own Whole30 adventure, I'd love to cheer you on and offer you my support!
